【摘要】 介绍采用霍尔传感器检测合、分闸线圈电流信号和使用差动变压器式位移传感器测量动触头的行程信号,实现真空断路器机械特性在线监测的方法,给出了系统的硬件原理框图。叙述了机械特性参数确定的方法,并在硬件设计上采取了一些有效的抗干扰措施。试验表明,系统工作比较稳定,精度较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,an on-line monitoring method for mechanical characteristics of vacuum circuit breaker by using Hall sensor to monitor the current signal of the opening (or closing) coil and using linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) displacement transducer to monitor the travel signal of movable contact is presented,and the frame diagram of the hardware systen is given too.The parameters of me- chanical characteristics can be determined in the paper,and some measures of anti-interference are also dis- cussed in the design of hardware.The testing device on site indicates that the system is preferably stable and faithful.更多还原
