【Abstract】 By the teaching arts is meant to embody a teacher’s comprehensive quality. The formation of teaching arts is, therefore, the natural performance of the teacher’s subjectivity in the process of his teaching. It doesn’t only mean mastering a kind of teaching theory, nor a simple teaching skill. But it is the teacher’s overall promotion of his teaching level. The purpose of the formation of teaching arts is to change our teaching to a brilliant activity that brims with vigor and from which the students can develop themselves. The research of the formation of teaching arts is based on the theory that man canmaintain a sustainable development.
