【Abstract】 Universities have become the backbone in scientific research in China. However, there are some problems in the management of research work in universities. Causes of these problems might be due to some social factors and managing strategies. After an analysis of the problems and some causes, this paper proposed some possible solutions to the problems, such as modifying the management system, changing the criterion for evaluating research results and combining efficiently the research results with application of those results into manufacture.更多还原
