布洛芬乙酯的微生物拆分

【摘要】 目的 :从土壤中筛选出能立体选择性水解布洛芬乙酯 ,并且水解产物为S -布洛芬的菌株。方法 :土样通过吐温 2 0培养基初筛到酯酶活力较高的菌株 ,并通过复筛测定菌株水解布洛芬乙酯的产物旋光度 ,从而得到活性菌株。结果与结论 :用筛选到的菌株Candidasp .的培养物催化水解布洛芬乙酯所得产品的外观、熔点、旋光度和核磁共振色谱等各项检测指标与Sigma公司的标准品S -布洛芬基本一致 ,表明该菌株具有生产S -布洛芬的潜力。

【Abstract】 Aim: To screen strains of high preference for enantioselective hydrolysis of ibuprofen ethyl-ester to the corresponding S-ibuprofen from soil samples. Methods: The strain of high preference easterase was screened through 20 culture mediums and the rotation of hydrolysis production of ibuprofen ethyl-ester was detected. Results: The characteristics of purified hydrolyzer by the strain Candida sp., such as appearance, melting point, the rotation, and the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum, approached to those of the standard S-ibuprofen from Sigma company. Conclusion: Candida sp. has potential for the commercial production of S-ibuprofen.
