磷钾细菌解磷解钾能力的研究

【摘要】 为了筛选解磷解钾能力强的磷钾细菌新菌株用于有机菌肥的研制,分别以磷矿粉和钾长石为底物进行磷钾细菌的摇瓶发酵试验,并测定发酵液中有效磷钾的含量,选择解磷解钾能力强的磷钾细菌进行米高粱盆栽试验,当植株生长至拔节时切取地上部分测定其生物产量和植株内磷钾元素含量.结果表明:大部分喷施菌液的植株磷钾元素含量及其生物产量均明显高于对照,其中混合菌株发酵液的处理生物产量最高,由此确定 S-2,S-6,S-12 和ACCC10010 为新菌肥生产用菌株组合.

【Abstract】 Some new phosphoric bacteria and potassic bacteria with great ability in decomposing of phosphate and silicate were screened to develop bacterial manure.All the bacteria obtained were shaking cultured,and the contents of kalium and phosphorus in the cultured liquids were determined,respectively.Bacteria with great ability in decomposing of phosphate and silicate in shaking culture tests were selected to be used in the pot incubation tests of broomcorn.The biomasses and contents of phosphorus and kalium in guinea corn plants were determined when they grew to elongation stage.The results showed that the contents of phosphorus and kalium in Guinea corn plants and their biomasses were much higher than those of the background.And the biomass was the highest when all the bacteria were to be used together in the test.Therefore S-2,S-6,S-12 and ACCC10010 were selected to be a group of bacteria in bacterial manure production.
