【Abstract】 This paper believes that Wen’s Group’s success in operating agricultural industrialization can’t be only attributed to its institutional innovation with “company + peasant household” as its main character. In fact,for many years Wen’s Groups has insisted on adapting to the market demand, seeking and maintaining the interactive equilibrium between technological progress and institutional innovation to achieve mutual promotion.
