热处理下光电致变色器件的结构和变色性能

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法分别制备稳定的WO3和TiO2溶胶,溶胶颗粒分散不团聚,颗粒尺寸集中,并采用提拉法和旋涂法成膜,组装成光电致变色器件,研究了不同热处理温度下光电致变色器件的透过率变化.结果表明,1 000W碘钨灯光照10 min后,器件的透过率由变色前的70%下降到变色后的20%左右,达到了对可见光的调节作用.

【Abstract】 In this paper, stable WO3 sol and TiO2 sol with well-dispersed granules and narrow dimension distribution were prepared by the sol-gel method. Thin films were obtained by dip-coating and spin-coating methods and they were then assembled into a photoelectrochromic device. The variation of the transmittance with heating temperature of the photoelectrochromic device was investigated. The results show that the transmittance of the device decreases from 70% (bleached state) to 20% (colored state) under the illumination by 1000W tungsten-iodine lamp for 10min, thus achieving the purpose of adjusting the visible lights.
