盐酸2-芳基-4-羟乙基-2-吗啉醇的合成及表征
Synthesis and Characterization of 2-aryl-4-(2-hydroxyetiyl)-2-morpholinol hydrochloride
【摘要】 6 甲氧基 2 (2 溴丙酰基)萘、α 溴 3 氯苯丙酮、α 溴 4 苄氧基苯丙酮和α 溴 4 苄氧基苯戊酮分别与二乙醇胺于50℃搅拌反应1h,合成相应的2 (6 甲氧基 2 萘基) 3 甲基 4 羟乙基 2 吗啉醇、2 (3 氯苯基) 3 甲基 4 羟乙基 2 吗啉醇、2 (4 苄氧基苯基) 3 甲基 4 羟乙基 2 吗啉醇、2 (4 苄氧基苯基) 3 丙基 4 羟乙基 2 吗啉醇,2 芳基 4 羟乙基 2 吗啉醇经氯化氢酸化得其盐酸盐,收率58.3%~89.8%.其结构经1HNMR,1H 1HCOSY,IR,MS确证.
【Abstract】 2-(6-methoxy-2-naphthyl)-3-methyl-4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-morpholinol,2-(3-chlorophenyl)-3-methyl-4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-mospholinol, 2-(4-benzyloxyphenyl)-3-methyl-4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-morpholinol and 2-(4-benzyloxyphenyl)-3-propyl-4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-morpholinol were synthesized through the reactions of 6-methoxy-2-(2-bromopropionyl)naphthalene, α-bromo-3-chloropropiophenone, α-bromo-4-benzyloxypropiophenone and α-bromo-4-benzyloxypento-phenone with diethanolamine at 50 ℃ with 1 h stiring. The 2-aryl-4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-morpholinols reacted with hydrochloride to obtain the hydrochloride salt with a yield of (58.3%)~89.8%. The structures of the hydrochloride salts of 2-aryl-4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-morpholinols were characterized with ()~1H NMR,()~1H-()~1H COSY, IR and MS spectra.
