矩形波冲击时发泡聚苯乙烯衬垫破损边界研究
Study on damaged border of liner of steep polystyrene buffering under shock of rectangular wave
【摘要】 研究发泡聚苯乙烯缓冲衬垫简化模型的包装材料在矩形波脉冲激励下的冲击响应,建立动力学模型,应用四阶龙格-库塔法求解,从而得到产品包装系统的冲击谱和破损边界曲线,结果表明,脉冲幅值m、发泡聚苯乙烯缓冲衬垫的系统参数(α、β)对系统冲击谱和破损边界曲线有显著的影响.
【Abstract】 This paper studies the impact respondence of the steep polystyrene buffering’s packing material, using four steps of Runge-Kutta, solutes the damaged border curve of liner and shock spectrum and discusses that the relevant contours of the system of packing of product.The results showed that the effect of the pulse peak m, system parameter of the steep polystyrene buffering’s packing material(α、β) on shock spectrum and damage border curve is noticeable.
