爆炸水雾降尘机理探讨

【摘要】 研究了爆炸水雾降尘的机理。利用高速摄相机记录爆炸形成水雾、模拟爆破扬尘以及水雾捕尘的全过程,通过对图像进行分析处理,来研究爆炸水雾、粉尘和水雾捕尘的特性以及影响因素。试验分析得出药量对爆炸水雾抛撒影响较大,当药量和水量比值为0.24kg/m3时,抛雾效果最好;爆炸水雾位于粉尘源正侧方、近距离、同时起爆捕尘效果最好,捕尘率可达到80%以上。

【Abstract】 This paper have researched the dust-reduction mechanism of Blasting water mist. By using the super-speed camera to shoot the course of blasting water mist 、demolition dust and dust-reduction. Through the analysis and data processing on pictures, the character and affect factor of blasting water mist 、dust and dust-reduction are researched. It is obtained that the mass of the explosive has greater effect on the blasting water mist. With the ratio of the explosive mass and water mass (Q/V) being 0.24 kg/m~3, it has the best effect. When the water sack lies in the side of the dust source, short distance, and simultaneously detonated, it also has the best dust-reduction effect. The rate of dust-reduction can reach 80 percent.
