【摘要】 目的 :介绍指端再植的再植方法和疗效。方法 :在放大 16倍手术显微镜下 ,对 12指指端离断进行再植。吻合指动脉末端分支 8指 ,末端指动脉弓分支 4指 ,吻合指静脉 8指 ,神经直接吻合 12指。结果 :再植后 11指成活 ,1指坏死。存活率 91.67%。术后随诊 6～ 2 0个月 ,除 2指有指甲增厚、卷曲 ,指腹辨觉 6～ 8mm。结论 :指端离断 ,只要条件允许 ,应尽量再植。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce the transplantation methods and treatment outcome of fingertrip replantation.Methods:Under the 16 magnification of microsurgical loupe, 12 severed fingertips were replanted. The vascularization procedures were as follow: anastomosis of the terminal branches of the branches of the terminal digital arterial arch in 4 digits. Anastomosis of the digital artery in 8 digits, anastomosis of the digital vein in 8. The digital nerve was directly sutured in 12 digits.Results: 11 fingers had uneventful results after transplantation and 1 case was necrotic, with survival rate 91.6%. The postoperative follow-up was 6-20 months. Satisfactory appearance was obtained in 7 digits, with normal sensation and 2-Pdof 6-8 mm. Thickening and coiling of finger nails were seen 2 digits and atrophy of the finger pulp in 2.Conclusion:If permission, replantration should be done to fingertips.更多还原
