热轧带钢奥氏体再结晶分数的预测
The prediction of austenitic recrystallized fraction in hot rolled strip
【摘要】 以物理冶金学理论为基础并参照实验室的实验结果 ,建立起适合不同热轧工艺条件下发生的奥氏体再结晶现象的计算机模型。采用后插法来测定静态再结晶分数。通过对实测结果与预测结果的对比分析可知 :作者所建奥氏体再结晶模型和实验结果比较吻合
【Abstract】 Based on physical metallurgy theories and experiment results,austenitic recrystallization phenomenons are researched in hot rolled, then,a austenitic recrystallization-model by computer is made,which can adapt to different rolling condition. Measuring static austenitic recrystallization by Back-extrapolation method. the result can accurately give expression to the actual value, and the austenitic recrystallization model is in according with the experiment result.
