氧化钨薄膜变色机理研究
Studies on chromogenic mechnism of tungsten oxide thin films
【摘要】 利用慢正电子束流技术和X射线光电子能谱研究了热致变色和电致变色三氧化钨(WO3)薄膜中W离子在膜内和表面的分布。结合其变色性能,讨论了热致变色和电致变色之间的相关性。
【Abstract】 The distribution of tungsten ions, on the surface of and in the thermochromic and electrochromic tungsten oxides(WO3) thin films, was studied by slow positron beam and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The correlations between thermochromism and electrochromism were discussed on the basis of chromogenic properties of WO3 thin films.
