【摘要】 当代经济发展中 ,港口产业产生的乘数效应是巨大的。实施临港开发战略 ,就是要依托连云港所具有的国内外货物中转、装卸、加工 ,国内外游客运送及临海工业、仓储信息业等特殊功能 ,加快港口规划建设 ,大力发展现代物流业、临港大工业和新兴第三产业 ,带动苏北地区、陇海兰新地带经济的发展。同时 ,只有以港口发展为纽带联合内地共同开发 ,以产业园区建设为核心推进开发 ,以城市建设为基础带动开发 ,才能保证临港开发战略落到实处。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mathematical power effect of harbor industry is substantial in the development of modern economy. As Lianyungang Harbor plays an important role in the transfer, processing, loading and unloading of cargoes, the transportation of passengers, marine industry and storage industry, the Harbor Development Strategy is to make full use of such special roles and speed up the planned construction of the harbor, the modern property flow industry, marine industry and the newly-evolved tertiary industry therein. Besides, it aims at a synchronized economic development of the Northern Jiangsu Province and areas along the Eurasian Continental Bridge. In this case, the implementation of the Strategy lies in the construction of a local industrial zone, the development of economy based on urban construction and the training of high-quality specialists.更多还原
