全息云纹干涉法测定高温合金断裂特性的实验研究

【摘要】 采用激光云纹干涉装置对高温合金材料在高温下的断裂韧性进行了测试.利用电化学方法直接在被测试样表面刻蚀零厚度光栅,拓展了高温合金云纹干涉法的研究空间,应用计算机CCD成像系统采集和分析莫尔(Moiré)条纹,测试结果表明云纹干涉的图像质量和测量精度均有提高.

【Abstract】 This paper describes a new method for measuring the fracture toughness of high- temperature alloy. The method uses the Moiré interferometric device to measure the fracture toughness and employs electrochemical process to etch cross zero- thickness grating directly on the surface of specimen. A computer and CCD camcorder were used to collect and analyse the Moiré fringe patterns. Test results showed that the quality of Moiré fringe image and the measuring precision of the Moiré interferometry were further improved.
