SCADA系统中开放式通信模型的设计及应用
Design and Application of Open Communication Model in SCADA
【摘要】 针对工业测控系统中现场设备类型众多、各厂家标准不统一、设备难与网络互连的情况 ,提出一种开放式通信网络的设计方案 ,其模块化的框架结构便于实现异构环境中不同RTU间的通信。结合某变电站SCADA系统 ,给出了基于Modbus和CAN协议的多个RTU与通信网络的通信机制。实际运行结果表明 ,该通信系统具有很好的可靠性和实时性
【Abstract】 According to the current state of more device types,no united standard and hard to interconnection in SCADA,a design scheme for open communication network is presented.Its modularized frame is easy to realize the communication between different devices in isomerous environment.As an example of transformer substation SCADA,this paper gives a communication mechanism based on Modbus and CAN protocols between SCADA and RTUs.The practical effects show that the design has a strong reliability and real-time.
