【Abstract】 The development and practical operation of an industrial online process calculation for PTA oxidation unit is introduced.The process calculation is based on a first principle model,which is tuned by practical process data.In order to increase the predict accuracy of online process calculation,the online double correct technique,which combines online model parameters tuning and laboratory assay value bias correcting with different periods,is developed.The online process calculation software package is proved to be successful by investigating the industrial practical application result.更多还原
