垃圾焚烧过程二噁英生成的研究进展
Advances of PCDD/F’s Formation During the Waste Incineration
【摘要】 从动力学和热力学等角度详细论述了垃圾焚烧过程中二英合成的主要途径及其反应机理。二英合成的途径主要包括从头合成和前驱体合成 ,反应机理包括多环芳烃、氯酚和聚氯乙烯的分解、氯化和聚合等复杂反应。同时讨论了焚烧条件中O2 含量、温度、CO、SO2 和飞灰中碳含量等因素对二英生成的影响 ,以及反应中各种金属化合物的催化作用和机制 ,可为有效控制垃圾焚烧过程中二英的生成提供参考
【Abstract】 This paper presents the mainly formation routes and mechanisms of PCDD/Fs in detail from the point of kinetics and thermodynamics.The formation routes of PCDD/Fs mainly includes de novo synthesis and precursors synthesis,in which involves some complex mechanisms,such as the decomposition、the chlorination and polymerization of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAH)、chlorophenols and polyvinylchlorides and so forth.It also clarifies the influences of the incineration conditions:the content of oxygen and temperature、carbon monoxide、sulfur dioxide、the content of carbon in fly ash and so on.By the way,it introduces the catalysis and mechanisms of all kinds of metallic compounds.This supports a vigorous reference for the controlling of PCDD/F’s formation during the practical waste incineration.
