室温快固型双组分胶粘剂配方研究
Study on Formula of Room-temperature Fast-curing Two-component Adhesive
【摘要】 以聚醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为基本原料合成聚氨酯丙烯酸酯 (PUA) ,采取氧化还原引发方式 ,用PUA及其它活性单体和添加剂制备出一种室温快固型双组分胶粘剂 ;通过正交试验考察了配比对定位固化时间及粘接强度的影响。该胶粘剂对钢片的粘接剪切强度可达 8.5MPa ,定位固化时间最短为 5 0s。
【Abstract】 Polyurethane acrylate (PUA) was synthesized when polyether,tolylene diisocyanate and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate were used as basic raw materials.Using redox initiation,a kind of room-temperature fast-curing two-component additive was prepared with PUA,other active monomers and additives.The effects of formula on fix-curing time and adhesion strength were investigated through orthogonal test.The shear strength for this adhesive adhering steel-specimens can reach 8.5 MPa and its minimum fix-curing time is 50s
