铬渣水泥固化体稳定性研究

【摘要】 采用水泥固化的方法对铬渣进行处理。在水泥与铬渣、砂、水、硅酸钠的质量比为1:0.6:0.45:0.15:0.1时固化效果较好。固化体经28 d的养护后,表面Cr6+的浸出率为10-5数量级,即使破碎至5 mm以下的粒度,其Cr6+的浸出质量浓度仍在国家标准以下。模拟酸溶试验和固化体抗压强度测试结果表明,固化体用于填埋是长期安全的。

【Abstract】 Chromium residue was treated by solidification process with cement. The effect of solidification is better when cement, chromium residue, sand, water and sodium silicate are mixed in the proportion of 1:0.6: 0.45:0.15:0.1. After 2 8 days of curing , the leaching rate of Cr6 + from the surface of solidified body is about10-5.Even if solidified body is broken up to grains of 5 mm,the concentration of Cr6+ in leaching liquor can meet the national standard. Simulated acid rain elutriation and compressive strength experiment show also that the landfill of solidified body is safe for a long time.
