3,9-二乙酰基-N-乙基咔唑的合成工艺研究
Research on Synthetic Technique of the Compound 3, 9-biacetyl-N-ethyl Carbazole
【摘要】 强双光子技术在未来研究领域中具有强大的应用潜力,合成出新化合物3,9-二乙酰基-N-乙基咔唑,该化合物具有较大双光子吸收截面和强双光子性质,通过采用四因素三水平正交试验,得出最佳的工艺合成条件,放大10倍投料,计算收率为93.2%。
【Abstract】 Strong two-photon technique will have potential application in the future. In this paper, we synthesize a new compound-3, 9-biacetyl-N-ethyl carbazole with large two-photon absorption cross-section for the first time, which have the characteristic of strong two-photon absorption. The optimal technique conditions are achieved by carrying out orthogonal experiments of four factors and three levels. By enlarging 10 times of reactants, the yield is about 93.2%.
