钻井废泥浆作为复混肥料添加剂的研究

【摘要】 研究了钻井废泥浆作为添加剂配制复混肥的可能性。实验方法 :先预处理除去有害成分 ,然后用正交实验筛选各最适宜配方 ,再用综合评分法评估和筛选最佳配方的实验方法。最佳配方 :尿素∶磷酸铵∶氯化钾 =9∶8∶8,钻井废泥浆 3 2g,Pztg复合添加剂 4g,水 3 .5g。结果表明 ,在此条件下制得的复混肥抗压强度为 2 7.8N ,总有效养分为 3 1 .6% ,pH值 6.2 ,成粒率 95 .8%。实验结论 :钻井泥浆作为肥料添加剂成粒性较好 ,可初步用于配制复混肥。

【Abstract】 The possibility was studied for taking the well drilling mud as additive of preparing the compounded & mixed fertilizer. Experimental method is: The harmful constituents were first eliminated, the every most suitable prescription was then selected by cross cut experiment, the optimal prescription was lastly evaluated and selected by method of score evaluating comprehensively. Optimal prescription is: urea∶ammonium phosphate∶potassium chloride=9∶8∶8, well drilling mud 32 g, Pztg Compounding additive 4g, water 3.5 g. The result indicates that the pressure resistant strength of the compounded & mixed fertilizer is 27.8 N under this condition, the total effective nutrient 31.6%, pH value 6.2, granularity rate 95.8%. Conclusion from experiment is: the granularity is comparatively better for taking the well drilling mud as the additive of fertilizer, it can be preliminary used for preparing of compounded and mixed fertilizer.
