【Abstract】 The human beings have jointed conference with language since they have come into being. Language may bring happiness as well as sufferings to human being. Socrates’s merits or faults, honor or disgrace are all embodied by his sayings. We can percept the mission of philosophy as well as of intellectuals by Socrates. The purpose of studying Socrates’s saying is to understand a philosopher’s boldness of vision and large-mindedness, to analyze the function and limitation of language , to uncover the difference between truth and its appearance in reality.更多还原
