【摘要】 阐述了142MW大型螺旋管式高压加热器管程结构设计特点、性能计算、特殊结构的应力分析。并把哈锅机组与俄罗斯机组高压加热器性能参数和经济性做了对比,认为哈锅机组高压加热器设计能够满足引进俄罗斯142MW主机运行的各项要求。

【Abstract】 The special features,performance calculation,and stress analysis of special structures of the structural design of 142 MW whorl tube high pressure heater are discussed.The performance parameters and economics of Chinese-built power generator and Russian-built power generator are compared,and it is concluded that the high pressure heater designed by Harbin Boilers Co.,Ltd can satisfy all the operational requirements of Russian 142 MW power generator.
