汽车膜式空气弹簧的分析与计算
Analysis and calculation of diaphragm air spring of an automobile
【摘要】 对空气弹簧悬架中的主要元件膜式空气弹簧进行了分析,在简化计算模型的基础上,进行空气弹簧系统垂直刚度及振动频率的计算和结果分析。在膜式空气弹簧结构与计算模型的基础上,建立起膜式空气弹簧有效面积、有效面积的变化率及有效体积变化率的计算模型。通过实例分析与空气弹簧的负荷特性计算,对空气弹簧的设计与计算提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 The diaphragm air spring,which is the main component of air spring suspension,is analyzed. The vertical stiffness and vibration frequency of the air spring system are calculated and analyzed on the basis of the simplified calculation model. The calculation models of the effective area, the rate of change of the effective area and the rate of change of the effective volume are established for the diaphragm air spring. A calculation example is presented and the load characteristic of the air spring analyzed. This study provides a theoretic basis for the design and calculation of air springs.
