生活垃圾接种堆肥中试研究

【摘要】 利用高温好氧菌群对生活垃圾进行人工接种堆肥实验 ,通过测定堆肥过程中温度、C/N比、总菌数等 ,较系统地研究了高温好氧菌群在生活垃圾堆肥中试系统中的作用 .初始有机物含量 5 3% ,含水率为 5 7 6 % ,C/N比为 2 9;供气量控制在 0 0 5m3 /min m3 ,处理 1、处理 2、处理 3组堆料中分别接种 1%、3%、5 % (质量分数 )的高温好氧菌群 ,与加入 3%灭活菌的对照组进行对比实验 .实验结果表明 ,接种高温好氧菌群可使前发酵堆肥高温时间提前 ,高温持续时间加长 ,从而加快了堆肥过程中有机质降解 ,缩短堆肥时间

【Abstract】 The effects of thermophilic aerobic microbial community (TAMC)in a pilot combination composting process of municipal solid waste(MSM) were systematically reseached through examining temperature, carbon to nitrogen ration (C/N),inspecting biomassetc. Composting was performed under such conditions: original organic matter of 53%, original moisture of 57.6%,original ratio of C/N of 29,aeration flow of 0.05m 3/min*m 3.The rates of adding TAMC to treatment 1,treatment 2 and treatment 3 were 1%,3%,5% respectively. Control experiment added 3% inactive TAMC. The inoculated compost was found with its high temperature advanced, high temperature keeping much longer. The result of TAMC was effective to decompose organic matter and speed up composting changing into humus.
