风扇磨直吹式系统锅炉的数值计算及NO_x的控制
Numerical calculation and NO_x control in the boiler with direct feed pulverized coal-fan mill system
【摘要】 为了解决我国燃煤电厂锅炉面临的低负荷调峰期的稳定燃烧和正常运行时的低NOx排放两大难题,针对风扇磨直吹式制粉系统燃煤发电厂锅炉,介绍了以锅炉炉内煤粉燃烧数学模型为基础,通过给定的边界条件,在改变锅炉负荷和磨运行配置等参数时所计算出的各种数值结果;并论述了可调叶栅煤粉分配器和水平隔板实现低负荷稳燃和低NOx排放的原理.
【Abstract】 In order to solve the two problems that current China pulverized coal-fired power plants have difficulty to steadily burn during low load peak regulation period and realize low NO_x emission at full load time, various digital computational results with different operational parameters of boilers were described based on the mathematical model of coal combustion in furnace and with given boundary conditions. The principles of the stable combustion under low load conditions and of the low NO_x emissions with adjustable blind pulverized coal distributor were also discussed in this paper.
