膜生物反应器处理医院污水的实验研究

【摘要】 为解决我国医院污水存在的严重污染问题,利用膜生物反应器技术开展了医院污水处理的实验研究,分析了COD、BOD5、MLSS、MLVSS历时变化规律,讨论了体积负荷与COD和BOD去除率及出水质量浓度的关系.研究结果表明:利用膜生物反应器处理医院污水,平均COD去除率达95 2%,平均BOD5去除率达99 6%.出水水质与MLSS、MLVSS的高低无关,整个实验期间的平均BOD5体积负荷为1 61kg/(m3·d).可见由于膜的"强制分离"作用,使处理后的水质好而且稳定,降低了处理费用,提高了污水处理率.

【Abstract】 To solve the serious pollution caused by releasing hospital sewage, the membrane bioreactor technique was used to make tests; Diachronic changes of COD, BOD5 and MLSS and MLVSS were analyzed and the relationship among volume load, COD and BOD removing rate and outgoing water purity was discussed. The test result shows that the bioreactor is of high organic pollutant removing rate, in which the COD removing rate and BOD removing rate are averaged 95.2% and 99.6% separately. The quality of outlet water is irrelevant to MLSS and MLVSS, while the average BOD5 volume load is 1.61 kg/(m3·d). So the powerful "compulsory separating ability" of membrane enables the membrane bioreactor to remove organic pollutants with high efficiency, to outlet good-quality water steadily, to reduce the cost of hospital sewage and to improve the rate of hospital sewage removal.
