Fe/Zn抗震复合材料的数值仿真研究
Numerical simulation of Fe/Zn antiseismic composites
【摘要】 在提出Fe/Zn抗震复合材料思想基础上,为验证Fe/Zn复合材料具有抗震耗能作用,采用国际通用有限元软件ANSYS对材料的性能作数值仿真,采用瞬态时程分析的方法,计算了Fe/Zn复合材料在地震波荷载作用下的应力-应变曲线 结果表明,Zn在地震波荷载作用下进入塑性阶段,形成了滞回环,证明了Fe/Zn复合材料有抗震耗能的作用,而Fe部分还处于弹性工作范围,保证结构不发生破坏,并为结构提供足够的恢复力
【Abstract】 Presenting the thought about Fe/Zn antiseismic composite, this paper made a numerical simulation of the material characteristics by the finite element software ANSYS to check the antiseismic capability of Fe/Zn composite. The stress-strain curves of Fe/Zn composite under the earthquake wave were calculated with time-coure analysis. Results show that Zn enters the mold phase and forms the resort ring, which proves the antiseismic capability of the material, while Fe remain the elastic state in order to ensure the material’s structure not to be destroyed and offer the adequate resume force.
