微小型月球着陆器冲击隔离着陆腿研究
Design of impact isolating landing legs for microminiature lunar lander
【摘要】 针对微小型月球着陆器存在的着陆腿阻尼材料易发生真空冷焊和阻尼值不能改变的问题,对国外已有的着陆器结构和缓冲阻尼材料进行了详细分析。在三腿结构着陆器的基础上,应用电磁学和振动力学基本理论并结合外太空的环境特点,设计出非接触式可调阻尼的感应磁阻尼着陆腿新结构。给出着陆腿的振动微分方程,并采用ADAMS软件进行了数字仿真,结果表明,该新型着陆腿阻尼值调整方便、有效。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of incidental vacuum welding and unchangeable damping value of the microminiature lunar lander landing legs, a new induction magnetic damping landing-legs with non-conduct and adjustable damp has been designed for a three-legs lander using the electromagnetics and vibration mechanics elementary theories and taking into consideration the environment in deep space. Corresponding vibration differential equations were obtained through theoretic analysis for the landing legs and simulation was made using ADAMS. The results show that it is very convenient to adjust the damping value of the new landing legs.
