【Abstract】 The exceeding the speed limit of vehicle in highway is one of the important factors initiating traffic accident. This paper introduces the measuring method that vehicle exceeds the speed limit, and puts forward a kind of scheme of monitoring system aiming at the shortages of the testing systems which are existed now.
