【Abstract】 University students’ transgressing is a special social phenomenon, which has the recent tendency i.e. criminals in a young age level, crimes with seriousness, committing crimes in groups and with modern means. This paper aims at combining typical cases and interviews in jail to explore the main characteristics and psychological laws of university students who transgress. Therefore the causes for them to commit crimes can be revealed. Also, detailed suggestions about how to prevent crimes and maintain stability of colleges and universities are brought forward in the paper.更多还原
