【摘要】 目的 :探讨关节镜下应用骨 -髌腱 -骨 (B -PT -B)重建后交叉韧带临床疗效。方法 :选择 11例膝后交叉韧带断裂患者 ,在关节镜下行B -PT -B重建后交叉韧带 (PCL) ,观察手术前后膝关节症状 ,后抽屉试验 ,Lachman试验的变化。结果 :术后随访 1年至 1年 5个月 (平均 1年 4个月 ) ,膝关节活动范围正常 ,稳定性明显改善 ,均无其他合并症 ,均恢复正常活动。结论 :PCL断裂并发关节不稳应进行重建手术。B -PT -B符合后交叉韧带的功能要求。在关节镜下手术 ,操作方便 ,创伤小 ,恢复快 ,疗效满意更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore clinical outcomes of reconstructing arthroscopically posterior cruciate ligament(PCL) by bone-patellar tendon-bone (B-PT-B).Method: 11 patients with PCL injuries were underwent bone-patellar tendon-bone graft reconstruction .The symptom of knees before operation were contrasted with those of after operation , posterior drawer test and lachmam test were observed. Result: All cases were followed-up ranging from 1 years to 1.5 years (averagely 1.4 years ) , motion rang of knees were not only normal but also perfect stability , The function of knees obviously recover which were no complications .Conclusion: It is necessary to reconstructed for those patients who suffered from PCL breaking-up. B-PT-B reconstruction arthroscopical was not only convenient but also satisfactory effect.更多还原
