【摘要】 目的 :为探讨斯替吡辅助治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效。方法 :选择观察组 30例 ,自2 0 0 2年 7月至 2 0 0 3年 2月收治新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE) ,在常规治疗基础上加用斯替吡治疗 ,每次 2 0mg加入 1 0 %葡萄糖 30ml静滴 ,一日一次 ,7～ 1 0d为 1疗程 ,共 1～ 3个疗程。对照组 35例 ,自2 0 0 1年 7月至 2 0 0 2年 2月期间收治HIE患儿 ,行常规治疗。结果 :两组治疗效果比较 ,以总有效率进行对照 ,经统计学处理 ,采用卡方检验 (χ2 =4 .31 39,P <0 .0 5 )差异有显著性。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论 :斯替吡有辅助治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病作用 ,其过程中未发现任何不良反应及副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of CTP as a helper drug in neonatal patients with HIE. Method: We collected 65 cases of neonatal patients with HIE which were divided into two groups from July,2001 to Feb,2003. One was observation group (30),cured by CTP in addition to normal therapy,20mg CTP combined 10% GS 30ml via vein per day every 7～10days for one to three cycles,the other was control group (35),cured only by normal therapy. Result: The difference was significant in statistics (x 2=4.3139,p<0.05). The total effective rates were higher in observation group than that in control group. Conclusion: CTP is useful as a help in curcing neonatal patients with HIE. No patients showed side effects during the therapy.更多还原
