吲哚-4-甲醛的合成新方法

【摘要】 以 2 甲基 3 硝基苯甲酸甲酯为原料 ,经硼氢化钠还原和铬酐 -吡啶络合物氧化制得 2 甲基 3 硝基苯甲醛 (2 ) ,2用乙二醇保护醛基 ,经DMFDMA缩合、RaneyNi-水合肼环化、稀盐酸酸解等反应合成了吲哚 4 甲醛(4 ) ,4及中间体的结构经1HNMR确证

【Abstract】 A new synthesis method of indole-4-carboxaldehyde has been reported. The intermediate which 2-methyl-3-nitrobenzaldehyde was obtained from 2-methyl-3-nitrobenzoate as raw material by reduction with sodium borohydride, oxidation with pyridinium-chlorochromate. Then it is protected by ethylene glycol and after the process of condensation by DMFDMA, cyclic reaction by Raney nickel-hydrazine and acidation by diluted hydrochloric acid, indole-4-carboxaldehyde was synthesized. Their structure confirmed by 1H NMR.
