小方坯直接起步开浇技术的工艺探讨与实践

【摘要】 对邯钢第三炼钢厂小方坯连铸机直接起步开浇技术进行了工艺探讨与实践,与传统小方坯连铸机起步开浇技术相比,准备时间缩短了10～15分钟,降低了每浇次的原材料消耗,综合经济效益十分显著。

【Abstract】 The direct beginning-casting process of billet caster in No.3 Steelworks of Han Steel was developed and put into practice. Compared with normal beginning-casting technique the preparing time can be shorten by 10 to 15 minutes, raw material consumption per pass reduced and good economic profit got.
