浅谈大学生体育健康与心理健康教育

【摘要】 针对目前高校大学生的心理健康现状,分析了影响大学生心理健康的因素,提出了体育健康教育对大学生心理健康教育的重要作用以及加强大学生心理健康教育的有效途径和方法。

【Abstract】 According to the present situation of mental health of college students, this paper analyses the factors that affect the mental health of college students and highlights the important role of sport health education in the mental health of college students and the effective channels and ways to reinforce it.
