桃新品种“丽红”抗寒性研究

【摘要】 以同期成熟品种"早凤王"为对照,对中早熟桃品种"丽红"休眠期及花期的抗寒性进行了系统研究。结果表明:"丽红"一年生冬态枝条表面有一层白色蜡质薄膜,可有效防止冬旱害的发生;越冬枝条有较高的电解质含量和较低的电解质渗出率;休眠枝、芽脯氨酸含量和束缚水含量均较高,水势较低,上述特点使其在休眠期有较强的抗低温能力。花期抗寒试验表明,0℃低温处理后"丽红"雌蕊的SOD、POD活性均高于对照,MDA含量则低于对照,呼吸速率相对平稳。花粉萌发试验表明,0℃低温对"丽红"雌蕊刺激花粉萌发能力的影响较小。该品种具有较强的抗寒性,栽培区域可适当北扩。

【Abstract】 With ’Zaofengwang’ peach, a peach variety with same mature period of ’Lihong’,as comparison, the anti-cold character of’Lihong’ was systematically studied during dormancy and flower periods.The result showed the surface of one year living branch of’Li hong’ had one film of white thin waxiness,which could effectively decrease the drought of the winter harm;The electrolyte contained in branch living through the winter was higher and exudation of the electrolyte was lower.The content of proline and tie water among gross amount of water in dormancy branch and bud were higher than those in peach ’Zaofengwang’,and the water potential of the dormancy branch and bud was lower.These characters could improve the anti-cold capability of the peach during dormancy.After being treated at the temperature of 0℃, the activity of SOD and POD in pistil in ’Lihomg’ was stronger than the one compared.The content of MDA in pistil of the ’Lihong’ was lower.The breath velocity of the sample was more steady.Moreover,the low temperature(0℃) treatment had little effects on the ability of ’Lihong’ pillar to stimulate pollens’ germination.The stronger anti-cold ability of ’Lihong’ suggested that the cultivation district of this variety could appropriately be expanded to the north.
