【摘要】 以野生花卉金露梅的种子为试验材料,主要对其种子的萌发特性进行了研究,以期为引种栽培提供理论依据。结果表明:温水浸种对金露梅种子萌发有明显的促进作用,发芽率以50℃水浸种发芽率最高,为97%,其种子不具有休眠特性;其最适发芽温度为25℃;光照对其种子萌发无显著影响,属于中性种子。更多还原

【Abstract】 The seeds of wildflower Potentilla fruticosa L..were studied on the germination. The nature of the germination of the seeds of Potentilla fruticosa L.were researched systemically in order to provide theoretical basis for its being introduced and cultivated.The seeds of Potentilla fruticosa L. had no dormant habit.And the germination of the seeds was evidently accelerated when they soaked in warm water.The germination rate was the highest by 97%, when the seeds soaked in 50℃ warm water.The optimum germination temperature of the seeds of Potentilla fruticosa L.was (25℃.)Illumination had no obvious effect on the germination of the seed of Potentilla fruticosa L.,which belonged to neutral light seeds.更多还原
