连铸方坯热送过程中的温度梯度
A study of the temperature grads of the continuoussquare casting in the course of the CC-HCR
【摘要】 以唐钢棒材厂现有热装热送工艺中的连铸方坯为研究对象,考虑了带与不带保温罩两种热送条件,结合辐射和对流的复合边界条件,对铸坯在热送过程中的温度梯度的变化进行了计算机模拟与解析,所得结果与实测符合得较好。利用本研究定量给出的铸坯在热送过程中保温罩的保温效果及其断面上温度梯度的变化,对减少铸坯热送过程中的热损失、提高热装温度具有重要的参考价值。
【Abstract】 The paper simulated and resolved the temperature grads change of the casting billet by computer in the course of the CC-HCR the research object is the continuous square casting billet in the CC-HCR of bar in Tang Shan Iron and Steel Group.It takes into account two hot delivery conditions covered heat preservation covers and no covered,and combined radiation-convection boundary conditions.The results are preferably in accordance with the measure values,the quantitative values of the heat preservation effect by heat preservation covers and the temperature grads change on the casting billet section in the course of hot delivery have important refernce value in reducing the heat loss and improving the hot loading temperature in the course of hot delivery.
