基于模糊层次分析法的QFD顾客需求权重求法

【摘要】 基于模糊层次分析法的基本理论,应用梯形模糊数来为顾客需求评分,并求出权重,以质量功能展开软件开发为实例,验证了梯形模糊数评分的可行性和实用性.

【Abstract】 This paper presents the theory of fuzzy AHP, and uses the trapezoidal fuzzy number to grade customer requirements and calculates the weights. And taking the QFD software development as an example, it validates the feasibility and practicability which was graded by the trapezoidal fuzzy number.
