旋转填料床技术烟气脱硫试验研究

【摘要】 介绍了旋转填料床技术脱硫机理.分别采用清水,氢氧化钙和氢氧化镁悬浮液作为吸收剂在旋转填料床中进行烟气脱硫实验.考察了吸收剂种类、转速、吸收剂浓度对脱硫速率的影响.结果表明,氢氧化钙和氢氧化镁悬浮液吸收SO2的传质速率是清水的3~4倍,比同类脱硫装置效果好,脱硫效率可达96%.

【Abstract】 Desulfurization mechanism by rotating packed bed was introduced in this paper. In the experiment, pure water, slaked lime and slurry of magnesium hydroxide were used as absorbent for the flue gas desulfurization. The sorts of absorbent, rotating speed , concentration of absorbent and SO-2 concentration in the gas were studied. The results showed that alkaline slurries enhanced the mass transfer rate of SO-2 up to 3~4 times higher than that of pure water. The mass transfer rate of SO-2 in RPB was greatly depended on the flow rate of absorbent and the rotating speed. Under optimal condition, the desulfuriztion efficiency is over 96%.
