【摘要】 传统观念认为 ,基础设施服务的供给是政府一个很重要的职能。但是近年来 ,随着实践和理论的发展 ,这种观念开始发生变化。人们开始探索新的基础设施服务供给模式并取得了良好的效果 ,PFI模式主是其中最具代表性的一种。对目前基础设施服务供给的现行模式进行了分析 ,并阐述了英国用以解决基础设施服务供应所采用FPI模式。提出了借鉴英国PFI模式发展我国基础设施产业的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditionally the government is the main supplier of the infrastructure service. But some changes have taken place with the development of theory and practice in recent years. People try to investigate the new approaches to supply the infrastructure service. PFI is one of them. In this paper, we will analysis the current infrastructure service provision in our country and make an introduction of the PFI of England. Then put forward some policy suggestions to solve the problems arising from the infrastructure provision in China.更多还原
