【Abstract】 The economic globalization has become an irresistible worldwide trend. No countries or nationalities can be independent of globalization. After China joining the WTO, globalization has brought a historical opportunity and expanded the development space for Chinese private enterprises. On the other hand, globalization has brought deep impact on and challenge to the private enterprise. Between economy globalization and the development of private enterprise is a kind of mutual influence and promotion.
