高效毛细管电泳法测定姜黄素类化合物中姜黄素的含量

【摘要】 用高效毛细管电泳法测定姜黄素类化合物中姜黄素的含量.姜黄素在0.450～4.049g/L内峰面积和浓度有良好的线性关系(r=0.9992).方法的精密度RSD=1.25%(n=6),平均回收率为99.8%.适用于含姜黄素的样品中姜黄素含量的测定.

【Abstract】 The content of curcumin in curcumins was determined by HPCE. A linearity of peak area and concentration for curcumin was good (r=0.999 2) in the range of 0.450～4.049 g/L.The RSD of precision was 1.25% (n=6),and the average recovery was 99.8%.This method is simple, quick and accurate. The expendable reagent was less, and the cost of the experiment was lower.The proposed method can be used to detect the content of curcumin in a sample containing curcumin.
