【摘要】 目的　观察非洛地平与贝那普利联用对原发性高血压 (EH)左室肥厚 (LVH)及左室舒张功能的影响。方法　将 81例EH伴LVH患者随机分为A组 (单用贝那普利 ) 40例 ,B组 (非洛地平缓释片与贝那普利联用 ) 41例。观察两组治疗前后及两组间血压、心率、LVH及左室舒张功能的变化。结果　 6个月后两组内心率无明显变化 ,而血压均较治疗前明显下降 (p <0 .0 1) ,组间降压幅度差异无显著性意义 (p >0 .0 5 ) ;两组左室重量指数 (LVMI)均较治疗前明显降低 ,A组 (p <0 .0 5 )、B组 (p <0 .0 1) ,B组较A组更明显 (p <0 .0 5 ) ,两组均显示E峰增高、A峰及A/E比值下降 ,A组 (p <0 .0 5 )、B组 (p <0 .0 1) ,B组较A组更明显 (p <0 .0 5 )。结论　非洛地平与贝那普利联用对LVH逆转及左室舒张功能的改善有协同作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of felodipine combined with benazepril on left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)and left ventricular diastolic function in patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods Eighty-one patients with EH were randomly divided into benazepril treatment group(40 cases) and felodipine plus benazepril treatment group(41 cases).The indexes of the observation included the variety of blood pressure,heart rate,left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular diastolic function after six months treatment in both groups.Results Is was found that blood pressue was significantly decreased in both groups after six months treatment(p<0 .01),but no changes in heart rate in both groups,no difference was found in the level of blood pressure reduction between these two groups (p>0.05);Index of left ventricular mass reduced significantly in both groups,A group(p<0.05),B group(p<0.01),moreover,this effect was more obvious in the combined treatment group than that in the benazepril treatment group(p<0.05);Peak velocity E was improved,peak velocity A and peak velocity A/E ratio were deacreased distinctly in both groups,A group(p<0.05),B group(p<0.01),moreover,this effect was more obvious in the combined treatment group than that in the benazepril treatment group(p<0.05).Conclusions Felodipine combined with benazepril may cause added effect in reversion of left ventricular hypertrophy and improvement of left ventricular diastolic function.更多还原
