超声波提取芦荟苦素的研究

【摘要】 比较了传统有机溶剂萃取法和超声波破碎浸提法在提取芦荟苦素方面的差异。实验表明:超声提取法优于溶剂提取法,所用的时间短,提取率高。

【Abstract】 In comparison with the solvent extraction technology, the technology of extracting Aloesin by using of supersonic was studied. The results show that supersonic method is superior to the solvent extraction method, the process with supersonic cost less time and extract more amounts of Aloesin.
