超声波辅助TiO2光催化降解印染废水的研究
Researches on the application of ultrasonic wave assisting TiO2 photocatalysis to the degradation of printing and dyeing wastewater
【摘要】 探讨了超声波辅助TiO2提高光催化降解印染废水速度的原因,研究了超声波辅助,H2O2以及溶液初始pH值对TiO2光催化降解印染废水速率的影响;用均匀试验设计方法确定了降解印染废水的最佳条件:TiO2的投加量0.52g/L,溶液的初始pH值3.5,n(金红石型)∶n(锐钛型TiO2)=1∶3,质量分数为30%的H2O2的投加量3mL/L。
【Abstract】 The reason of ultrasonic wave assisting titanium dioxide to increase th e speed of photocatalytic degradation of printing and dyeing wastewater is discu ssed. The effects of ultrasonic wave assistance, H2O2 and the initial pH value o f the solution on TiO2 photocatalytic degradation have been studied. The best co nditions of the degradation of printing and dyeing wastewater are determined by the equality experimentation design as follows: the mass concentration of TiO2 a dded is 0.52 g/L, the initial pH value of the solution is 3.5, the ratio of ruti le-typed TiO2 and anatase-typed TiO2 is 1 ∶ 3, and the feeding amount of 30% of H2O2 is 3 mL/L.
