水热条件对PbTiO3纳米晶粒径和形貌的影响
EFFECT OF HYDROTHERMAL PARAMETERS ON GRAIN SIZE AND MORPHOLOGY OF PbTiO3 NANOCRYSTALLINE
【摘要】 以钛酸四丁酯和三水醋酸铅为原料,采用水热法在碱性介质中合成了一系列钛酸铅粉体,并用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对其进行了表征。结果表明:钛酸铅粉末的粒径和形貌取决于水热合成的工艺条件。可以通过控制工艺参数来制备具有不同特性的钛酸铅。反应物浓度增加,反应温度降低,粉体的粒径将减小。碱度降低能使粉体的粒径显著减小。随着铅钛摩尔比增加,粉体的粒径减小,且能使粉体的分散性得到改善。当[Pb]/[Ti]=1.5,[NaOH]=1.0 mol/L时,在533 K反应8 h所得样品为纳米级纯四方相钛酸铅。
【Abstract】 A series of PbTiO3 powders were synthesized by using Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O and Ti(OC4H9)4 as raw materials in aqueous solution of NaOH through hydrothermal process. The samples prepared were examined by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. Characterization studies show that the particle size and morphology of PbTiO3 powders depend strongly on the process conditions in hydrothermal synthesis. The PbTiO3 powders with different characteristics can be obtained by controlling the process parameters in the synthesis. With the increase of the reaction temperature, feedstock concentration, the particle size of powders decreases. The particle size will obviously decrease with the increase of NaOH concentration. When [Pb]/[Ti] increases, the particle size also decreases, and the dispersion property of powder will be improved. The nanocrystalline PbTiO3 powder with tetragonal phase can be obtained at the conditions of reacting at 533 K for 8 h with 1. 5 of [Pb]/[Ti] and 1. 0 mol/L NaOH.
