磁性药物靶向治疗的进展

【摘要】 磁性药物靶向治疗是利用磁场使具有磁响应的药物聚焦在靶部位,提高靶部位药物的浓度,降低药物对正常组织的毒性和副作用。本文介绍和评估了磁性药物靶向治疗的发展,并展望了其未来的前景。

【Abstract】 Magnetic drug targeting is aimed at concentrationg magnetic drugs at a defined target site with the aid of magnetic field, and enhances drug concentration in the target and at the same time reduces the toxicity and side effects to normal tissues. This paper reviews and evaluates the development of magnetic drug targeting, and show the forground for its future. [
